Yes, it's Ottawa, Ontario, Canada -- my hometown (but I don't presently live there). The picture of Parliament Hill was taken on the sidewalk of Wellington Street. The East Block of the Parliament buildings is on the right. Partly in the frame on the left is the Centre Block of the Parliament buildings which has the Peace Tower, the Library of Parliament, the House of Commons, and the Senate. That group of people on the left is surrounding Centennial Flame.
