Also the Getty Images photo is tagged "Mecklenburg-Vorpommern" which includes Rügen Island, so I'm marking the island. The words blue hour suggest evening to me, and there is a little pink in the sky so I'm guessing that the coastline here is running WSW (mirror of posted image) toward a rocky point. That could be near Lohme on the N coast of the island.
