No luck for now finding this photo anywhere useful. Because the balcony looks so staged, this could be a promotional photo for a rental apartment. The outside scene looks more residential than commercial. So until someone has the time to go through the hundreds of apartments-for rent websites, I'll just drop the marker west of Montmatre's Sacre-Coeur and the train tracks in an apparently residental area.
