Sorry, I was wrong with Utah, similar landscape can be found in Badland National Park in the neighbouring state Soth Dakota.

Looking at these colorful mountains my first impression was as well Painted Desert (Petrified National Forest) in USA Arizona. But then I found out, that various series of photos were taken at this prominent photo spot all of wihich are labeled Badlands in USA Wyoming, e.g.:
