It is the I-10/202/51 intersection in phx. They have recently added new construction to it, but it is heading east on I-10 just as it turns South.

You can clearly see the I-10 sign with "East." I think its southern california. And its not a photoshop. The only weird thing is no traffic, meaning hte freeeway is closed due to the fire. Many, many fires in the area in the last 10 years.....but I don't recall one where the freeway was completely shut down. But it could be Arizona....

I believe the location is I-10 at the intersection with Highway 2 and 202 in Phoenix, AZ. I found a street view and the trees are very, very similar as is the other landscaping. the Sign is in the appropriate location as well, and there is a small rock rip rap drainage feature just in front of the sign which is only just visible. The only difference is on google street view the lane on the left side is a shoulder on street view, so there may be an age difference.

Which is in San Bernardino/Ontario, California

I think its looking east toward a wildfire on Mount Baldy, possibly.
