Though too late, I finally got confirmation from the Copenhagen historical people that this was the Langebro Bridge. Good work fs90473 !

I'm quite sure now: view goes from South to north...

Good idea! I think the following pic was taken at almost the same position as out pic: external link

Yes. I sent this photo to Copehagen last week asking for a confirmation that it was Langebro and I'm still waiting for an answer, but all indications say that Langebro is the answer.
Photos gallery I found and sent email to Sussie.

I also believe the photo was inverted.

Further pics suggest that this pic is side-inverted:
- The following pic shows the predecessor of the 1930's Langebro: external link The building in the very center is identical with the building on our pic at the right (also compare the hip roof of the adjacent building).
- external link shows the building that's visible in the background in the lower left corner.

First commend was cropped... Missing portion:

The following pic shows the building in the background on the left, verifying that i's indeed Copenhagen: external link (i'm a little bit puzzled because either our pic or the pic from the previous link must be side-invertet...)

Old "Langebro", a bridge in Copenhagen, Danmark, view from NE. The bridge on the pic resembles the Langebro as it existed between 1930 and 1954 (the so-called "3. Langebro" because it had two predecessors).

Sadly, the bridge itself and the surrounding buildings nowadays look totally different. There are some old pictures of the langebro, but i didn't find any that shows the bridge from the north.

The following pics showing the old Langebro from South / South-West fit our pic regarding the bridge structure. Also, the tram wire ends are visible:
