Bergwerk Ost Mine, Hamm Germany. The mine is located at the corner of Zecherweg and Kamener Strasse, The elephant has the DSK (Deutsche Steinkohle) mining company initials on one of the elephant ears, and BW OST for Bergwerk Ost mine on the other. The elephant is named Wilhelm and is a mascot of the mine that closed in 2010. The elephant is moved around on the property to various locations.
