Honestly, I didn't recognize the building and I put the pin trying to find a balance between the views of the mountains behind the other side of the lake in the photos I saw.
The suggested location is right: on the map you can see the round tower of the villa, obviously on the south side.

Daniele is correct. I think the exact location is some meters to the NW from the pin location, the building at the left of the google description "Lakeshore apartment", via Semproni Sud 26.

The photos reproduced in the first links show the same mountains in the background, namely the Campo dei Fiori (1227m) in the background and Monte Sangiano (532m) closer to the left. In this photo instead the Monte Sangiano seems to the right.
