Since it's private area, there's no streetview available. But there are some pics showing the street. For exact location, please compare the following pic: external link that shows the same tree as here. Please notice the low sign post right of the street. It's the same as here: external link (Google) and external link (Wikimedia Commons). I assume it's just some meters northwest of the "Playacar Mayan Ruinas" in Google Maps, so i set the marker there.

The car is a Ford Courier, small pick-up model sold in Brazil, Mexico and other Latin countries. To me it looks a 'high-class' neighborhood in some Brazilian big city such as São Paulo or Rio, but not sure.

that looks like it could be in south florida. except the speed limit sign doesnt look right...
magnification on the cars plate quite difficult, as well as the speed limit sign.... the tree seems to be a fig tree, so tropics, much more conspicuous is the litter bin at the left...
nice place. maybe if you could get a magnification on the car's plate...
