Seems that the number of signs has changed.
Also I wonder whether this is indeed the one, as here external link the top two signs are at the same level, whether in the provided image that is not the case. Either way, it is in this neighbourhood.
It is still shown on Google Maps. Change the dates and zoom in.

In 2018 you can see it just right behind the new 'pepper mill'.

It has to have changed since, probably becoming like indicated by JMCurious in Comment #2. In the end it should be exactly where the marker already point.
@Finsteraarhorn - Yes, may be the sign refers to the Synagogue of Budapest. Still till we get some other confirmation or photo showing the sign, this will remain as unsolved.

I think there are some new toilets around there and new tourist signs and info points. Maybe the old sign was removed by the renovation of the whole area.
Further, a bit down the Karlovy krt. there is as well the big Synagogue of Budapest: external link that could have been referred by the sign.
@Finsteraarhorn - I was also looking for the signpost near Deák Ferenc tér Metro station. There is a WC (Nyilvános WC) also nearby.
I couldn't make out Zsinagoga. Now that you have mentioned the Rumbach Street Synagogue is not very far from it.
I did find a road sign, but it is different from the one shown here. It can be seen in Google Street View (Bluedot). The sign is in front of trees between Ritz Carlton and the yellow building.

Not sure / didn't find the exact location, but given the attractions indicated on the signs, included the two pointing behind, that could be "Zsinagoga" and "Toilet 20m" (maybe underground if the symbol preceeding is a stair) it could be by Deak Ferenc tér, where everything match the sign.
