Hi Krenek: things are not so simple. A small percentage of loaded photos are here for the right reason (I don't remember where I was 10-20-40 years ago, when I took it). In these cases the loader says often: thanks, usually not in the other cases. You'll get used to it :-)
And do not hesitate to show that you are happy that someone found out what church it was... So far, on where-is-this, I did not see any thanks from the searchers to the finders !
Anonymous, you're right, the picture has not been reversed. I did not see that all pictures in Google Maps show in fact scaffoldings.
Not sure what Krenek is implying. I took this photo back in the 1990's and scanned it in unaltered. I probably took it standing near this spot before the balcony parts were in the google image.

Unfortunately the image on the left has been reverted, meaning the perspective is not correct. The front tower is in fact the one located South-East.
