first off European reproduction's though expensive in buying in Japan worthless. The Billionaire liked western styles in a places that were a bit extrem for them. large reproduction marble statues 1k, note he had a lot of them. There maybe 500k worth of stuff you have to export to a buyer outside japan. Most of the Vids I watched on this house the stuff is grand knock offs!!! Designed to impress but done design wise very badly!!! The spaces and views are amazing. Bad location for a house, but amazing for Catering Hall, Restaurant. leave the design of the house, even the grand fixtures, but redo in Asian Modern!!!
