coeurdelion24 found the place. In the center you can see a long row of cypresses that ends on the left in a farm; this is "Agriturismo Poggio Istiano". The photo is taken from the south, but there are no street views at that point. I add a marker on the 400 meter elevation line on the map, near the path in the foreground.
