Ruins, Village de Lavigerie, Cantal, Auvergne, France.
Photgrapher had two page blog with this photo and saying it was taken in Lavigerie where he or she was staying and the landscape photos matched the village and valley area. However, there was limited street views and probably tree cover to be able to pin the exact place of these ruins. My best guess is to pin the small village. Once there, the person wanting to know this exact place can ask the locals.
