Franca74 noted the circle D on the LM of the truck. Circle D is a symbol most common in Portugal. Thanks Anon for more links. Still, not listed as found yet. ??
Great, well done - i'm sure that's the correct place. See also

How did you identify the place?
And this photo shows the black granite walls, tiled sidewalk, and stainless light boxes in the ceiling of the porte cochere, of the Theater Entrance.
Sorry for all the links. These are tough to prove sometimes!?!
This view only shows that the casino decorates with ferns along many entrances (though I cannot show this specfic entrance)

This view shows the concrete support columns, with stainless steel banding on top and bottom, and perhaps the light grates at the bottom of the columns.
This view shows the buildings that are visible in the backgroung on the right.

So, we've been challenged by the webmaster to solve the old ones. So after a couple of hours, I have found this one!!
This is Casino Estoril, in Lisbon Portugal. Specifically, it is the entry to the Auditório do Casino Estoril on the West side of the complex. I cannot get a view from underneath this porte cochere, but I will post plenty of corroborating photos. Will appreciate review and commenting by peers, to prove me right.
It could also be a circled D. In that case it could be initials of a name, where the D stands for 'de' or 'di'.
The posters look like film posters to me. So maybe an entrance of a cinema.
There are only some very weak hints discernable:
- at the very left, some sort of poster is visible, showing "Dezembro 2009" (or 2005?). This points to a portuguese-speaking country.
- right of that poster, another poster is visible, showing a male face with letters "NIGMA" or "SIGMA".
- in the center of the pic, behind a pillar, a van or lorry is visible, with a fingerprint design and letters "LM". Remarkably, it seems to be a "Registered Design", since a R in a circle is visible when zooming in. Identifying the company that uses that design may indicate the location...
