Vietnamese nhà siêu mỏng simply means "extreme slim house" or "very skinny house".
Mark is correct - see external link (Khalid ibn al-walid street is in fact between San Stefano and Miami), but i wasn't able to nail it on Google Streetview....

Alexandria, Egypt... on the cornish. somewhere East of San stephano, but before miami. Not sure of the exact name of the neighborhood.
i'd say it is in egypt; the taxi looks like an egyptian taxi.
