Photo was taken by Mr. David LeVine in Wilmington Park at the corner of Concord and North Bloom Steets in Wilmington Delaware. Mr. LeVine emailed me the exact location and said the photo was taken 11 years ago and the bench is no longer in the park. He said he took the photo across the street from the Kreston's Wine & Spirits store where his wife was shopping.
