This picture was taken from an Architectural Digest article about a beachfront residence designed by architect Savin Couëlle for a client in Dubai:

The article says 'the pavilion is located at the rear of the property, nesteled among the palm trees that dot the beachfront'. The article din't give more details to where the estate is located and Andrea didn't find it either.
