we got some of similar tanks in Berlin (Germany)
but this is 100% sure NOT Berlin!
and I even doubt, it's Germany.. never saw a building (painted) like that one here...
okay, my bad i one regard: the T-34 (on the left) has Polish markings... so it might well be in a tank Museum - the building in the background could probably be anywhere, but it looks very Central European, or maybe German...
it would actually help to see whatever is behind the white bar -
This could very well be a place in Austria - our army fielded all sorts of both Western and Soviet tanks, and has sometimes put them in fron of the barracks of armored units - especially the T-34/85.
