Camera tricks make it seem like La Défense is relatively close, but it's not. The earliest street view coverage on this street is from 2015, about 3-4 years after the picture was taken and this street already looked different compared to 2015 - now, in 2021, it once again looks different - it's a lot wider and trams drive through here.

Pin too far from Paris
Well, the skyline looks to be part of La Défense, near Paris (Tour First is the most obvious, on the left) and the street signs and cars also indicate it could be in France. More investigation needed for exact street location (looks to be taken from outside Paris). The picture is used by "Stanislas Sound", a French DJ, for his album covers. He may have taken the photo?
