After looking closely at the location, I am sure that fs90473 is right.
It is on the banks of the Weser river at the campsite Borlefzen in Vlotho, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
As his link to the infrastructure-map doesn't work anymore here is an updated one: external link It shows the powerline leading along the Weser to the powerplant Veltheim.
This may be near the "Campingparadies Sonnenwiese" / "Familienfreizeitplatz Borlefzen" near Vlotho / Bad Oyenhausen. There are only few places where a power line goes parallel to the river (see the OpenInftrastructureMap: external link and Google Maps)
Kein Campingplatz. Im Weserbergland wird sehr viel am Ufer geangelt. ich kann dir nur leider nicht sagen welche Stelle genau das ist.
