This pinned rock formation separates Praia da Poco do Buraco and Praia de Almograve.

Photographers all say the photo was taken at Almograve Portugal. Exact coastline location is difficult since the Google Street view is far off. However, I believe the exact formation is located off the parking area just above Praia da Poco do Buraco. From the satellite image the rock formation is a very good match. Therefore I will pin that location.

I would guess that this is Barrika Beach near Bilbao... Could be!
