This is a photo from Mt. Rainier NP in USA, Washington (state). It shows a view of the Mother Mountain range seen from Spray Park Trail on the opposite side of the Seattle valley. It is part of a popular hike north of Mt. Rainier. This hike is described in the following blog. The photo "Wonderland Trail-56" shows the same view (from a position a bit further up) :

This is Mt Rainier National Park. Notice the purple flowers, plenty in that national park. Also the path is similar to what I saw when I was there. Pine trees in background also mean it's probably in a northern location.
