According to external link the pic was taken in Vigo, Spain. It shows two "Pegaso Cabezon" transporters, ready to ship some new Citroen to their new owners (there's still a Citroen plant in Vigo).

i don't think they're from italy but from france. The cars look like Citroën AK 400 Fourgonette.
