I found this one in real life BY ACCIDENT: I visited Murten CH (that’s near where I live) and I noticed that Murten is full of such chimney caps (like little houses on top of each chimney). I took pictures and found the correct, wanted one as a blow-up in one of my pics. See my pic (first link) in Google Maps with the Blow-Up (second link), compare: perfect match with white stains on tiles!
