It's all included in the description of the picture that I linked to in my first Statement:
Path leading from Schäfler towards Säntis on the northern ridge of the Alpstein area. The highest point is Altenalp Türm, the northernmost peak above 2000 Meters in Switzerland, to the left of it in the far distance with a giant antenna is Säntis, the highest point of the Alpstein area.
Actually there is no view to the Säntis, as the Säntis is far behind the clouds.
If I am not mistaken it is the Altenalptürm (2031 m) that we see as the highest peak. The Säntis is 4-5 times more that distance. The person is probably standing on a point at 1867 m.

@Rainer is right… Schäfler is correct, but the picture is SIDE-INVERTED (see mountain path right side of man = in reality on the left, southern side of ridge) compare => external link external link
