Located. Got the exact address after I emailed the city of Casale Monferrato. The Villa Regina Apostolorum is located at No. 5, Via G. Camerana.

There is no street address, just that the villa is located on Sant'Anna Hill overlooking the city of Casale Monferrato with this view and is for sale.
