No, this is NOT Mt.Fuji.
This is Mt.Yotei in Hokkaido.
It's also called Ezo Fuji, "Ezo" being an old name for the island of Hokkaido, because it resembles Mt. Fuji.
This photo seems to be taken from ski resort in Niseko. There is the depression of Lake Hangetsu at the foot of the mountain.
On the other hand, there are no mountains around Mt.Fuji, so it is impossible to take a photo like this.
In addition, Mt. Fuji has a lot of distinctive terrain such as Hoei Crater, Osawa Failure, and so on. However, this mountain doesn't have it.
Therefore, this mountain is Mt. Yotei, not Mt. Fuji.
The pin should be set where the photo has been taken.
FYI, it's actually called Fuji-san not Fuji-yama in Japanese. The character for mountain can be pronounced 'yama' or 'san' and in this case it's 'san'.

"Yama" means "Mountain". "Mt. Fuji" or "Fujiyama", do not mix them.
