I ran along the street view, but didn't recognize the rocks on top of the pass, so I put the pin on the first straight stretch with the same view. :-(

correct @Daniele, the cars are at position of todays "Parkplatz" on top of Julierpass, even the stones above VW in center are still there today, see streetview > (marker at "Parkplatz") external link
