Definitely Georgia. Reverse image search leads to a page by photographer Anton Petrus which you can see here:

That picture is very similar and is either taken from the other side of the brook or mirrored somehow. Petrus also marked the location on his profile and its here in Svaneti, Georgia:

There's a pretty interesting story to this house. Apparently it belonged to the Somalian ambassador/embassy at one point but was abandoned. In 2015 a woman tried to pull a scam by selling the house even though she didn't own it. There's an article about it here:
