Its definitely the taal monument. salinger is right. its a picture by a photographer called stuart mcclymont. please close

I don't think that this is the Taal / Afrikans Language Monument. The Taal is not symmetrical, the left side don't match with this pic (look link). The climbing bronze statue in this pic is surely part of the monument.
