Vast majority of the more reliable sources says, that it's the Gulf of Alaska, not a meeting point of 2 oceans. However, I also found a video of the Mississippi river meeting the Gulf of Mexico, and frankly, I'm more inclined to think that it's actually the latter. Because of the weather, I guess...
