did a quick coiffeur doris search on google, the only results that'd work with an alpine region are in Switzerland...

Using the Google translator on the flickr page revealed the place, mentioned by the photographer: Rattenberg, Tirol, Austria. The street can be seen here without snow external link

The text on the plate under the figure is "Groll'n Sepp", so this is likely in the Alps (Bavaria in southern Germany, Austria or Switzerland). The round shop sign in the middle seems to read "Coiffeur Doris" (a hairdresser).
