Probably a wine growing region in the U.S. Because of the size of the cars parked in the background, I think it's not in Europe. Maybe somwehere in the Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley or somewhere in the Santa Ynez / Santa Barbara area?

Judging from the yellow-ish/orange-ish town sign, I think it must be rather in Germany (Bavaria in this case) than in Austria.

It's the twin buildings located at 3731 and 3701 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA, currently housing the Chase Bank and the Pacific City Bank respectively.
