Picture was initially taken by Nick Watts in 2007 and published on Flickr: external link - he had discovered that location one year before, so here's a different view (from 2006): external link and some more from 2008: external link / external link - it's sad to see how that great pic was "distributed" and shared later without at least giving credits to its creator...
Exact localization is difficult, since there's no streetview of that place - guessing by the islands and vegetation, i assume camera position is at the lakes's north-east "corner".
