Well, it looks like someone has already found it but never shared the location in the comments section. Having a look at the placed markers would've saved me the 2 hours I spent on this, but I guess it's too late to complain now xd
Anyway, the picture is located on CA-74 east of Lake Hemet - external link
Yellow center lines are only used in snowy areas in Australia, but it could be New Zealand
It is definitely West United States. If I had to guess, I think Nevada / California / Arizona. Maybe in a national park like 'Death Valley'
