the 2 staircases are exactly (according to GE, 10/2022) at
1) 35.745651° 51.410898°
2) 35.746259° 51.411077°

we can see both staircase locations
1) the blue one is not the one we can see in the proposed image
BUT
in the background (on the right of the image) we can see the 2 buildings that surround the staircase with the flowers!
nota bene: in GE historic images, we can "see" where the staircases are...
oh sorry, i had not read the whole text: in the mentioned link, those are 2 different staircases in the same street, Valiasr street
