Hah! I already recognize this location. The location of this beach has oft been called "secret." That's because this beach is located at the northern point of Three Arch Bay in Laguna Beach, California, USA, but since Three Arch Bay is a private, gated community you can't get to those salt water pools from there. You have to go down the long stairway from the Coast Highway to 1,000 Steps Beach and then make your way southwards past the caves/grottoes and smaller salt water pools. A teen diving at these two large, rocky salt water pools had died.
