Noticed that if you zoom in on Where is This Map, the old site and villa appear. I pinned that location.
This villa has been demolished. It sat on the site of the Laminoir de la Rochette in Chaudfontaine Belgium at this GPS Coord location 50°34'54.9"N 5°39'24.2"E. Satellite view shows it is gone, but if you go to Google Earth historical views, you can still see the entire site and villa.
The villa and industrial buildings are seen in the first image of this urbex gallery before destruction.
